Yeezy 500 Blush is the second colourway for Kanye's fourth silhouette originally released during NBA's All-Star Weekend in February 2018 is more than amply named. The ‘Yeezy Blush' is dressed in an all beige suede and mesh upper which barely registers as a colour at all. Nicknamed the ‘Desert Rat', and you can see why, as this shoe's colouring would camouflage easily if it was to be half buried in the sand. The subdued palette of the Yeezy 500 Blush is contrasted by a bold silhouette reminiscent of the ‘Feet You Wear' technology of the 1990s and continues Kanye West's resurgence of the ‘Dad shoe' in Trainer culture today.
